Be prepared for your tax preparer to ask you more questions concerning your dependents while filing your 2007 tax return. The IRS has updated some forms and require you to answer more questions in an attempt to make sure you are not filing a dependent that isn't really your dependent. I personally think that most of the problems in this area intentional misstatement of fact by tax payer but perhaps this will reduce some mistakes and discourage fruadulent filers..
