EMPLOYEE POSTERS SCAM

I have clients that call and ask me about employee poster requirements in Alabama. It seems that every so often someone that is LESS THAN HONEST sends out a mailing that SCARES the crap out of Employers because the letters look official and they are intentionally trying to make you think that you need the posters to comply with the Alabama tax laws. Well crap, Who could blame you? With all the stuff that employers have to do to comply with Governmental interference, no wonder they get scared that they have possibly missed something. Well I have good news....I just saved 15% on my car insurance. ;-) JUST KIDDING!

What I do have for all you employers is some links and phone numbers where you can verify what is required and get FREE posters. That's right! I said FREE! posters and then you don't have to send those scamming bums your hard earned money. You folks that are operating outside of Alabama will need to do a little more research on your particular state but my educated guess is that if they require some sort of employee notification poster they will also provide the poster with little or no money from you. New York and other liberal bastions excluded of course because they think business owners are the World enemy anyway. Here is the Alabama and Federal contact information.

Now all we need is for the Government to quit confiscating our money and our property if "THEY FIND A BETTER USE" for it! Folks, our Supreme court threw The U.S Constituiton under the proverbial bus on the that ruling. They ruled that they lack the authority to uphold our constitutional right over the State and Local Government. Just in case you don't remember, that was exactly what the U.S. Constitution was intended to do. To protect the little guy against big brother. Now those that are in charge with enforcement of our rights have decided that they don't have that authority to do so. Hmmmm. Does that scare you? It should! Don't forget it! The Dems are too busy trying to get the Bush administration for spying on Americans. Never mind that they are simply trying to catch and prevent terrorists from attacking Amercians on American soil. Don't forget the ATTACK either!!!
